The Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the crew operations for a number of vessels by leading a team of Crewing Officers.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: 
·   At least 3 years previous shorebased experience in a similar position
·   University degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping or any other related field will be considered an advantage
·   Previous seagoing experience will be considered an advantage 
·   Excellent team leading skills
·   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·   High sense of initiative, professionalism and responsibility
·   Ability to work under pressure
·   Excellent command of the written and spoken English language. Knowledge of the German language will be considered an advantage
